Discover your strengths.

Grow together.
Resilience, social skills and bullying prevention
For children, families and educators in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main region.
I help children build confidence, understand their feelings and stand up for themselves. I also support parents and educators with practical strategies to guide children and create environments where they feel safe, valued and included.
All my services are available in German and English.
Every child is different. Every child needs connection.
Children bring their own strengths, needs and experiences. My approach gives them space to explore, practise and grow at their own pace.
At the heart of my work is self-efficacy: the belief that “I can make a difference.” Children can learn to express their needs, make choices and take action — while knowing they can ask for help.
Being strong also means having people you can rely on.
How I can support you
Resilience & Assertiveness Training
Through games, movement and role-play, children practise setting boundaries, communicating clearly and responding to everyday challenges. My training is based on the Stark auch ohne Muckis approach.
Available for schools, kindergartens and community groups, as well as through group courses open to individual bookings.
Karly: A Journey to Inner Happiness
Karly, a little spark of happiness, accompanies children as they discover their strengths. Through games and shared experiences, they explore ten affirmations and connect these encouraging messages with something they have experienced themselves.
From “I am brave” to “You are brave” to “We are brave,” we bring confidence, kindness and belonging together. There is room for every feeling — and permission to make mistakes.
Individual Support for Children, Teenagers & Parents
Whether your child feels shy, struggles with boundaries, experiences friendship difficulties or is affected by exclusion or bullying, we explore what is happening and develop practical next steps.
Bullying is never the targeted child’s fault. Adults are responsible for providing protection and taking action to stop it.
Parent talks, Workshops & Professional Development
Practical sessions for parents, educators and teaching teams, with accessible explanations, everyday examples and opportunities for discussion.
Topics include:
Building children’s confidence and self-worth
Supporting children through strong emotions
Setting and respecting boundaries
Navigating conflict, exclusion and bullying
Strengthening communication and teamwork
Managing stress amd recognising personal boundaries
Content and format are tailored to your audience and setting.
Marburg Concentration Training
A structured programme for primary-school children who find it difficult to stay focused, organise tasks or keep going when something feels challenging.
Playful exercises, relaxation and guided self-instruction help children practise a more independent, step-by-step approach to learning. Available in small groups or individual sessions.
What children can practise with me
Believing in themselves: recognising their strengths, trying new things and seeing mistakes as part of learning
Understanding their feelings: noticing what is happening inside them and discovering what helps during difficult moments
Standing up for themselves: expressing their needs, setting boundaries and making their own choices
Handling conflict: trying out different ways to respond and asking for support
Building a caring community: respecting differences, encouraging others and looking out for one another
Building strengths. Offering support when things get difficult.
Your child doesn’t need to be facing a particular problem to benefit from building inner strength and social skills. You may also be looking for support because your child …
feels unsure in groups or lacks confidence,
finds it difficult to say no or stand up for themselves,
frequently experiences conflict, exclusion or difficult friendships,
easily becomes overwhelmed by anger, fear or frustration,
is being bullied.
Together, we can explore which approach best suits your child’s needs. No child needs to become stronger before they deserve protection from bullying.
About me
I’m Anne-Kathrin Maack, a mother of two, resilience and bullying-prevention trainer, and systemic coach.
Before moving into training and coaching, I spent around 20 years working in finance, including leadership roles in Germany and the United States. Having lived in the US for four and a half years, I bring experience of working and communicating across cultures.
Today, I combine that background with my training in coaching, resilience, conflict resolution and concentration support.
My work is guided by individuality, respect and inner strength. I listen carefully, build on existing strengths and adapt my approach to the people in front of me.
